Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your Womansplain membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@womansplainpod.com.

  • Monthly memberships: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
  • Annual memberships: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Founding member rates: Founding member pricing is non-transferable and subject to the same cancellation terms as above.

2. Event Ticket Refunds

  • Free events: No refund required as no payment is collected.
  • Paid events: Full refund available up to 7 days before the event. Between 3 and 7 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 3 days before the event, no refund is available.
  • If Womansplain cancels an event, a full refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

3. Storefront Purchases

  • Merchandise: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
  • Affiliate products: Products purchased through third-party affiliate links are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@womansplainpod.com with your name, the reason for your request, and your order or subscription details. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
